Vyndara Roadmap
Phase 1 - Internal Test (March - April 2025)
Objective:
Phase 1 is an internal test phase where Vyndara replaces existing Arematics systems and can be used by first testers.
It is not publicly available, but companies can show interest.

- Registration & Licensing – Implement licensing via Arematics Auth.
- Application Configurations – Allow organizations to configure their environment.
- Entity Storing – Core system for storing entities via JSONB in PostgreSQL.
- Entity Permissions – Fine-grained access control for stored entities.

Phase 2 - AI Expansion (May - Juli 2025)
Objective:
Phase 2 introduces AI-powered features, expands authentication options, and makes Vyndara publicly available.

- Microsoft Entra Login – Enable organizations to register via Microsoft Entra ID.
- Optimizer Service – Automatic query and caching optimizations based on usage patterns.
- Vyndara Entity Designer AI – AI-assisted creation of entity definitions.
- Vyndara AI – Integrate OpenAI & Gemini for AI-assisted workflows.
- Public Availability – Open Vyndara to external companies beyond internal test users.
Phase 3 - Business Flow Expansion (December 2025)
Objective:
Phase 3 introduces tools for complete business process automation, enabling payments and workflow execution.

- Vyndara Runner – Execution environment for business flows, supporting Python for ML.
- Vyndara Payments (Stripe Integration) – Built-in support for payments and subscriptions.
- Vyndara UI Builder – Drag-and-drop VueJS-based UI builder.
Phase 4 - Self-Hosting & Public Sector Initiative (March 2026)
Objective:
Phase 4 makes Vyndara fully self-hostable and introduces a strategic initiative for the European public sector.
✅ Goals
- Vyndara Self-Hosting – Allow organizations to self-host Vyndara on their own infrastructure.
- Public Sector Support – Vyndara Platform becomes completely free for EU public sector and critical industries (e.g., healthcare, energy, education).
- Governments and critical institutions can self-host for free.
- Managed cloud services remain paid.
- Ensures European digital sovereignty and reduces software costs.
